Take a Quantum Leap and Let Go

Hi Everyone

I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear – M.L. King

What a start it’s been to the New Year and new decade. Natural disasters – fires, floods, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes in addition to civil unrest worldwide. It certainly seems grim and disastrous, if that is how you view it. It’s not my intention to focus on what we perceive as catastrophes. Instead it’s time to focus on how it’s possible to avoid getting caught up in the maelstrom of fear, anger and frustration. I don’t have all the answers, though I certainly have some insights for surviving the changing times.

The planet and humanity are on the verge of a new horizon, one vastly different to what we’ve become accustomed to. By this I mean that our global systems are inefficient and broken. They lack resonance and harmony with the awakening consciousness that is occurring globally. This means that change, whether welcome or not, is upon us.

On January 12 Australia’s prominent monolith Uluru was activated. The indigenous Australians have been awaiting this event and great spiritual energy was invoked. This activation is significant because Uluru is the sacral chakra of Gaia. The activation, still strengthening, is now travelling from east to west globally connecting with and activating all other chakra centres on the planet. Whether you feel this energy or not is irrelevant because on the subtle levels it will have a beneficial impact.

A wise young Australian pointed out a coincidence that’s worthy of reflection. She saw a correlation between the civil unrest, protests globally and the increase in earth disasters such as the unexpected earthquakes, flooding etc. Now, that may sound like an unlikely jump in reasoning. Yet if you study the meteorology charts it seems as if there’s been a spike in earth disasters in the past year. Her suggestion is valid that we stop focusing on what’s wrong, we stop judging and being angry.

Instead it’s time to go deeper within. This means healing the inner pain – the hurt, the trauma, fears of rejection or whatever may be restricting personal growth. The current time is about developing self love, community spirit and gratitude. There are so many practices that support the journey to self love and acceptance.

A well known shaman saying is pertinent right now – Energy flows where attention goes. Where is your energy flowing? What are you focusing on?

A quote by Abraham sums up aptly how this works. “You will notice that those who speak of prosperity have it. Those who speak most of health, have it. Those who speak most of sickness, have it. Those who speak most of poverty, have it. It is Law. It can be no other way….”

Where are your thoughts largely going? Are you creating a life of abundance, filled with peace and joy, or is it largely filled with discontent? I cannot answer these questions, as your desires and intentions are unique to you. What I can share with certainty is that continually giving gratitude and seeing the best in everyone is one way of shifting life from pain and drama into one of greater ease and comfort. It may take a lot of effort and time to get to that space of being the observer and not having a strong emotional response. However, it’s well worth the effort because life does become more comfortable within the space of a month or two.

Where you place your energy right now is of paramount importance. The cosmic energies combined with Gaia’s energy shift are supporting this change. This means that there’s greater ease and support for shifting into global peace and harmony.

Finally, I’d like to finish off with something my non-physical friends shared about twenty years ago. At that stage I was reflecting on the conflict and disharmony occurring globally. I heard these words clearly: “How can there be world peace when there is no peace in the hearts of humanity?”

Love and joy
